Comfort and family apartment — price depends on the number of guests (2 or 3 pax, 2+2 or 2+3). Children up to 6 sleep with parents at no extra cost. All rates include breakfast and parking.

Booking, payment, cancellation

  • Check-in 15:00, check-out 11:00 the next day.
  • Payment: cash, card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or bank transfer.
  • Deposit: 30% for stays longer than 4 nights and group bookings (5+ rooms).
  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After that the deposit is forfeit, but on request we move it to another date within 12 months.

House rules

House rules apply on the property and to all persons present. By making a booking or paying a deposit the Guest confirms they have read and accepted the rules.

Summary

  • Check-in 15:00, check-out 11:00. Reception inside the main hotel building. After hours (Mon–Fri after 22:00, Sat after 22:00, Sun after 20:00) — key in a coded lockbox at the main entrance, code sent by SMS 24 h before arrival.
  • Photo ID required at check-in.
  • Pets — dogs up to 25 kg accepted. Fee PLN 80 / night. Please let us know at booking. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or spa zone, and may not be left alone in the room.
  • No smoking (including e-cigarettes) anywhere indoors or on balconies. Smoking is allowed only in the designated garden area. Cleaning fee PLN 500 if the rule is broken.
  • Included with your stay: breakfast (07:00–11:00), underground parking (22 spaces with assigned-space booking), 600 Mbps Wi-Fi, and access to the spa wet zone (Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, steam room) 10:00–21:00 (11:00–19:00 on Sundays). Spa treatments charged separately.
  • Quiet hours 22:00 – 06:00.
  • Cancellation: free up to 7 days before arrival. After that, deposit is forfeit, but on request we will transfer it to another date within 12 months. 30% deposit required for stays longer than 4 nights and group bookings (5+ rooms).
  • No drugs. Police will be called and the Guest will leave without refund.
  • No open flames (candles), no extra electrical appliances beyond room equipment, no weapons or hazardous materials.
  • Guests under 18 must be supervised by a legal guardian. Guardians are responsible for any damage caused by minors.
  • Guests are financially liable for damage to room equipment.
  • Items left behind: returned at the Guest’s expense, or stored 3 months and then transferred to the property of Zielona Latarnia.

Privacy policy

The property processes Guest personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling the stay, issuing invoices, and correspondence. Legal basis: GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and internal regulations.

  • Data controller: Tracify — Michał Tracz, ul. Latarniowa 12, 76-032 Mielno, Poland.
  • Purpose: fulfilling the booking and stay, issuing VAT invoices (when required), correspondence.
  • Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract) and (c) (legal obligation — invoices, reporting).
  • Retention: up to 5 years after the stay ends (per Polish tax law).
  • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, complaint to the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
  • Data is not transferred outside the EEA and not used for profiling.
