Full payment from the company account — no receipt-collecting from staff.
Rooms for the crew
8 standard rooms (1-2 pax) and 8 comfort rooms (2-3 pax). For crews of 10–15 — one hotel, one breakfast, one invoice.

Mielno wind farm 8 km, marine components factory in Koszalin 25 km, Koszalin railway station 25 km. On-site conference room for 30 people.
How it works
- 01 Call or email — quick brief: how many people, when, how long.
- 02 We work out the rates and send you an offer. First time? Send us company details for the VAT invoice.
- 03 Booking — cash, card or bank transfer (deposit for longer stays and groups).
- 04 The stay. Check-in at reception until 22:00, lockbox code after hours. Breakfast 7:00–11:00 — perfect for early site departures.
